The Physical Education program at St. Wenceslaus Catholic School promotes lifelong physical fitness, motor development, and healthy competition in a fun and inclusive environment. Students participate in a wide variety of fitness activities, cooperative games, and team sports that build strength, coordination, and endurance. Through traditional sports such as volleyball, football, basketball, pickleball, badminton, and whiffle ball, students develop sport specific skills while learning the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. Creative games and activities connected to holidays, the Catholic faith, and other subject areas add variety and excitement to each class.

This program supports students in multiple areas of growth, including physical fitness, social development, and spiritual formation. Students learn to work together, encourage one another, and demonstrate fair play while building confidence and resilience. Ongoing fitness challenges, including participation in the Presidential Youth Fitness Challenge, allow students to track growth and celebrate personal improvement throughout the year. Through prayer, respectful competition, and serving others with love, students are encouraged to develop healthy habits and live out their faith each day.
