Applications received prior to these dates, will be accepted per the acceptance order listed above.
Applications received after these dates will be placed on a wait list and will be processed in the order completed.

March 2nd: Kindergarten Roundup make-up date (if school is closed because of weather)
March 2nd: Preschool/Gr. 1-8 applications due (applications received after this will be subject to availability)
Week of March 23rd: Kindergarten acceptance letters emailed.
Week of March 30th: Preschool, Pre-K, Grades 1-8 acceptance letters emailed.

New Families: A $250 non-refundable deposit is required for all new family registrations. You will receive more information after acceptance regarding setting up a tuition account.
All new students require a current immunization record turned in before school starts.
All Kindergarten, 7th grade and out-of-state transfer students require a current health physical (current is less than 6 months from the first day of school). Immunization and health physical forms can be turned in to the school office or faxed (402-884-4417).

For the admission of a Pre-K, Kindergarten student or any transfer student, the parents must provide:
A state birth certificate with a raised seal. St. Wenceslaus School complies with State Law requiring that a state birth certificate must be on file for every student entering school. The original should be brought to the office. After a copy is made and filed, the original will be returned to you.
An up-to-date health record.
An up-to-date immunization record.
Sacramental records-parents/guardians are required to submit a baptismal certificate.
For students transferring into St. Wenceslaus, please provide a copy of records from the previous school attended.
This information is kept in the child’s confidential permanent record. Notify the school of any additions and/or corrections so that the records are always current and complete.

Physical exams and vision evaluation, completed no sooner than 6 months prior to the start of school, are required for all those entering kindergarten, seventh grade and for any students from out of state-regardless of the grade.
An immunization record from the physician’s office must include the month and year of each immunization or completion of the immunization section of the physical examination card signed by the doctor is required as proof of immunization. Exception to the immunization requirement is made only if a medical reason is documented by a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner, or for valid religious objections.
