Dear parents,

It is our goal to bring the newsletter online as a convenience to parents. However, we have to balance convenience with the safety of the students. With this in mind, we have designed the passwords for maximum security. The security procedure is in place to protect the students and the school.

If you are having difficulties, please attempt the suggestions below before contacting the school or the web administrators. We are confident these suggestions will resolve any difficulties you may be having. Thank you for your patience.

1. Login IDs & Passwords are case-sensitive.


2. Sometimes an l (lowercase L) looks like a 1 (one) or an I (uppercase i). If there is an l, an I, or an 1 in the login/password please try all three options.


3. Cookies must be enabled.


4. You may have to add http://www.stwenceslaus.org and http://school.stwenceslaus.org to your trusted site list if you use any sort of anti-spy ware program such as McAfee or Cox Communications internet protection suite.


5. Lost passwords should recovered by using the forgot password link.


6. New logins/passwords can be request by visiting the school office in person for new parents or custodial parents.


7. The login session expires after 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, you are automatically logged off. You will have to login again to visit any of the other links under password protection.

All passwords must:

1. contain at least one uppercase letter
2. contain at least one lowercase letter
3. contain at least one number
4. contain at least one symbol (such as an &)
5. not use any spaces
6. use 5 to 15 characters
