Child to Staff Ratio
We are a Nebraska state licensed child care provider and thus we are required to have one staff member for every 15 students. However, we strive to have on staff member for every ten students.


Daily Schedule
6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m.
 free time, board games, cards
11:15 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. prepare for lunch
11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. lunch
12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. centers and/or art projects
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. outdoors or free play
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. rest time
3:00 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. sign-in after school kids and snack time
3:45 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. gym time or outdoors
4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. activities
6:00 p.m. close

 

Our Extended Care Program Mission at is to:

  • Provide superior quality child care in a safe and supportive environment for St Wenceslaus students before and after school.
  • Support and reinforce the Parish school's mission of student education, spirituality, morals, academics, and physical development.
  • Support the development of individuals who will proclaim and live their faith.

    Hours of Operation:
    6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

    We are open all days when school is in session. We do not operate on snow days, teacher in-service days, or vacation days. On early dismissal days there in no p.m. care.

    Rates:
    A.M. : $3.00 flat rate
    P.M. : $4.75 per hour
    Kindergarten: $90.00 Full time, $25.00 per day Part time

    Billing:
    Parents are billed at the end of each month. Payments are due on the 10th of each month. If current month calendar is not completed and your child is in attendance the hourly fee is $5.50

Enrichment Programs
The St Wenceslaus Extended Care Program offers a variety of Enrichment Programs for students to participate in. Some programs that we currently offer include the following:

Life Skills Club
Art Lessons Tae Kwon Do
Piano Lessons Mad Science
Stacking Club Community Outreach Club

New Enrichment Programs
