During Advent, the Archdiocese of Omaha, Diocese of Lincoln, and Catholics Come Home, Inc. will be extending an invitation. It is an invitation to Catholics who have, for whatever reason, drifted away from the Church to return and rediscover the richness of the Catholic faith in their lives.
Through a series of television and radio commercials that inspire, educate and evangelize inactive Catholics to live a deeper faith in Jesus Christ, this “Catholics Come Home” campaign will invite Catholics to visit CatholicsComeHome.org, which will direct them to useful information about the Church, but also to their nearest parish.
This campaign was first attempted in the Diocese of Phoenix and the response was astounding. Thousands of Catholics returned to regular Mass attendance and into relationshop with our community of faith.
