Partial payment equal to half the amount due will be accepted with your registration.
The balance is due by the start of class. The registration form must be fully completed before acceptance.
All account balances from the previous year must be paid.
Please mail or drop off form with tuition payment.

Baptism Certificate
Copies of Baptism Certificates are needed before receiving the sacraments of 1st Reconciliation,
1st Communion and Confirmation. If your child made his/her 1st Reconciliation at St. Wenceslaus,
the certificate is held for 1st Communion and Confirmation. However, if your child entered the program
after that time, we will need a copy of the certificate from the parish where he/she was baptized.
The exception: if your child was baptized at St. Wenceslaus the record is already here.
We just need the month and year in order to locate the certificate.

High School Confirmation
Classes form in the fall. Call Nicholas Emanuel 402-330-1889 for more information.
A copy of your student's baptismal certificate is required.

Children not yet baptized or missing the Sacrament of Reconciliation and/or First Eucharist
are placed in the RICA for Children Class at 6:15 pm on Wednesday evenings. A registration form
must be completed and a copy of your child's baptismal certificate must be provided.
