General Information

Attendance- Call 402-330-1889 if your child will not be attending class. The safety of our children is of the utmost importance to us.

  • A call before the start of class, will avoid a call from the office staff.
  • All parents of absent students will be called.
  • If your child leaves early, a written request must be given to the OFFICE (not the teacher) and you must pick your child up INSIDE.

Nuisance Items- Those items which may cause disruptions during class and include, but not limited to: backpacks, hats, electronic items, cell phones. These items must be left in the office or at home.

Visitors- All visitors must sign in at the office and wear a "VISITOR" name tag. Due to liability, non-registered students are prohibited
from attending classes.

INCLEMENT WEATHER- The Faith Formation Program will follow the decisions made by the Millard Public Schools and/or the Catholic Schools Office. If classes are cancelled for the day or close early, Faith Formation classes will also be cancelled.

DISCIPLINE- If the situation cannot be handled by the teacher, the student will be sent to the Director with a written report. Students will remain in the Director's office for the remainder of the class time and a written report mailed home.
Second offense:
Director will call the parents.
Third Offense:
Student will be unable to attend class without a parent present.
